Recently my daughter and I were having a morning together.  We were in the shop smelling the scented candles.  One salesperson interrupted us to see if we needed help.  We politely declined.  She then attempted to direct us to another set of candles that we may like.  I was a little perturbed and said I didn't want to be bothered.  She politely left.  A few minutes later another salesperson approached us and ask how we liked the candles. We said we liked them and we directed our attention away from her.  She then attempted to direct us to another display of candles that were similar to the ones we enjoying.  I said I didn't want any sales people interrupting us.  

I was very unhappy with the agressive sales approach.  If I need assistance I will ask for it.  If two people are enjoying a morning and appear enjoying the products does it make sense to divert their attention.  I'm very weary of aggressive sales.  I work long days taking care of other people and like some peaceful times with the ones I love.  It is not all about buying more.  I will think twice about continuing the use of these prodicts.   It is a shame because I have been a customer for many years.

When I first walked the woman said "hello ladies, how can I help you" and it made me feel so welcomed its a very clean and organized store and the workers are so welcoming and nice!
