Absolute joke. Bought sun glasses, asked what the return policy was and they told me to return them with box, receipt and tags within 14 days. Did so and they told I didn't have the tags, so I agreed to go back home and told I just didn't like the style. They grab them and they told me that the fact that I wore them they couldn't return them. We are talking brand new glasses with tags, in the 14 days, case, box everything. This place is a joke with customer service. Cool over priced clothes with shit magagement. Don't go here if you expect to find a deal and great service. Go to sun Diego or something instead. If your reciept says glasses cant be worn hanger 94 then let me know so I don't have to spend hard earned money at your shit place. Never shopping here again.

Huge selection of action sports equipment & sports wear. 4 * for being full retail price. T-shirts for $30, hybrid shorts for $60 etc. If your not looking for a bargain & know what you want they'll take good care of you.

I can't stand how closely they watch you, it's uncomfortable. I feel like a prisoner. I've been shopping here for 10 years, if it's really that big of a deal for people to LOOK at your products then block them off. No one wants eyes on their every move

Great selection and helpful staff. A lot of the clothing is overpriced but they always have a ton of items on sale.
