MACY'S RETURN POLICY IS SO GREAT, THAT NO OTHER STORES CAN MATCH. I returned tonight the unused and still with tags & label items that I bought to Macy's in LAST YEAR'S Black Friday. In the earlier months I planned to return those items but never happen. Since the receipt will already be one (1) year tomorrow, I forced myself to return the items. I was hesitant at first, knowing that the usual & common return policy is 90 days. But I tried still. To my surprised, I was able to return and refunded on all the items I returned. I didn't even have my receipt anymore, but with the STORE'S FLEXIBILITY, the sales staff just used the tag prices, still attached to my returned items. NO QUESTIONS. It's not taking advantage at all. It's just that the earlier planned return didn't materialize. But thanks to MACY'S, I was able to refund less than $200. If Macy's didn't honor the return I will not insist. It's fault, that I didn't return the items on time. But due to MACY'S FLEXIBILITY ON RETURN POLICY, I was able to return the items & refunded back the money. THANK YOU MACY'S. You're an AWESOME Company. I will continue patronizing Macy's, for the rest of my life. - NC - San Diego, California , Nov. 22, 2017

Customer was absolutely superbly excellent. Haven't had such a great experience in a long time in any store. They took the time to help in any way. Great job shoe department Macy's in La Mesa.

Easy access, nice merchandise, and good customer service. And I can see, feel, and try on what I'm considering purchasing. I like all of that a lot! Good job, Macy's!

Always get excellent customer service at the grossmont Macy's. Today Fifi helped me out and I was so grateful for her help. I'm not much of a shopper so I was a bit lost trying to find items to exchange that did not fit from another Macy's. Fifi walked me around to find the items I needed and her friendly conversation made it a great experience. Thank you again!

The employees are always nice and sometimes they will offer an extra discount if available for the items that you are buying.
