I generally like Ross stores because of the cheap prices, but I'm not a huge fan of the staff here I guess. They were rather nosy. That is not to say that all of the staff members were like that, but there were enough of them hovering around me for it to be bothersome. I've gone to other Ross locations, and I've never had this problem before. I was also harassed by one of the customers, and it upset me enough that I just left without buying anything. When I go to a place like this, I expect people to be somewhat down to earth, and that wasn't the case here. Based on my experience, this Ross is no better than any other. Maybe you'll have a better experience than I did though.

Historically the staff has been incredibly rude and disinterested in customer service. My last couple of trips were, luckily, not as bad. The selection of ladies and juniors clothes are awesome but it is a smaller store and not always stocked with what I need. Prices are always the best thing about these discount stores. I can't pay full price for designer items but I can get everything I need for so little. Oh yeah and salon hair products are half price or less, yaaaaas!!!

Why are they opening new Ross stores when the ones they have, but for a very few, are barely stocked? This was my first time at this location, and I won't be returning. The store was clean, the staff courteous, but not much in terms of merchandise. Same thing at the new Ross in Eastlake

It's nicer then a lot of Ross stores I've been too, still it looks kind of like a tornado hit, but some worse then others. Customers always seem to just tear the store apart! People just are plain rude anymore!

I love going to Ross they have everything and I love their decorations that they have for the customers I always have fun driving around the car I love looking at there items the employees help you .
