It"s Bath and Body Works!  Bring those coupons.  We were after a particular item and a young lady named Melissa was very helpful looking it up on the computer in the store.  A little later we were browsing and a second lady asked if we needed help. We mentioned something and she walked us all the way to the other side of the store, and this is a big store!   Good job.

I went in to purchase some products for my wife. I had no idea what I was doing but Lauren helped me and made my shopping experience very easy. She suggested several options so I could use all of the specials that were running. Lauren was great!!!!

...it was buy 2 get one free...on full size body care...I was charged for the "free" item...this was the first and last time I come to this location that doesn't like to correct the mistake made on PAPER ..the receipt says the promo next to "free" but was price edited..
