Thier bathrooms were disgusting. Men and Women bathroom were both dirty and smelled. This is the new standard. Treat everyone fairly, but don't ask for clean bathrooms.

Definitely, before all the products sold in Old Navy had very good quality, nowadays everything is of poor quality, just like other low quality stores, everything comes from China when in this country clothes and shoes of very good quality were manufactured.

I had to a return that was very difficult and the manager couldn't be any nicer. She was very accommodating and made me very happy and I felt felt very welcome. This store is above exceptional with customer service. I have been to all the other stores in the area and this one is Top's!
