I went with my kids on a Sunday and my kids were walking around the store I spend 50.00 and left the next day I went with my inlaw and kids and one of the workers a lady with an Afro said oh hell know the people from yesterday are back and the other girl said oh heck no I let that go by but when I was waiting for inlaw to try on a dress the lady with the blue and purple hair said oh heck no this kids come here like a field trip 😡👎 my sons were standing next to me and my daughter were with my inlaw my kids are big I felt so uncomfortable I left the store never coming back not my inlaw either ! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life ! The workers are RUDE and they make comments of costumers loud enough to make people uncomfortable

It is unfortunate to have poor cutomer service since you need customers to succeed in this type of business. It is poor customer service to make remarks at the people who come into the store to spend their money.

I have given this store several of chances to hopefully improve. Unfortunately this is the closest store in my neighborhood but I will definitely search for another store or stop shopping with this franchise altogether. The employees that work here are extremely rude and unprofessional! They continued to talk amongst themselves behind the counter and across the store in a loud manner without even acknowledging the customer like this is a hang out spot and as if they didn't come to work to make a paycheck. The customer service is in the toilet the clothes on the rack are congested and in the wrong areas! The employees don't even greet you coming in the store or at the checkout with a simple "hello" or "how are you today" and barely make eye contact. I have asked for a dressing room before and the cashier answered her cell phone right in front of me and proceeded to hold an entire conversation like it was cute, not giving a damn that im in the store to spend money so she can keep a job. This store is utterly ridiculous with mediocre fashion items. This store needs a more trendy buyer, The employees, and the store manager need to be retrained in customer service and customer retention 101 or the entire staff needs to be replaced!

Great prices, but the styles are a bit out there. Great for jeans and t-shirts.
