6/22/17. I stopped by Habitat Orange City, FL shopping today searching for an office desk, office chair, wood trim, and a queen bed frame w/footboard and rails. I saw exactly the desk I wanted when I walked in the door, so I headed to the rear of the store to maybe ook for chair, bed frame and desk. The minute I walked in the door an older gentleman employee sitting in a chair popped up and started following me. He did not speak to me...just following me constantly, about elbows length away. By the time I got to the back looking for trim, he was right at my elbow. I consider this bullying/harassing behavior. I am 70 years old, carrying my cell phone, a wrist-let and a measuring tape. I was modestly dressed without any possible place to tuck something in. Pretty scary right? Thais employees behavior did make me furious and I immediately left (didn't even try to sneak out with the desk I wanted). I deserve better than this. I wouldn't attempt to shop here again as there is a threatening feeling to me. It's really a dark place too, so you might want to bring a flashlight. If you go, don't go alone.

The manager is pretty awesome,...they work hard that's for sure.
