Super easy to find items on the website. The bonus of ordering online was a 10% off coupon - which meant the item I needed was cheaper than Amazon and available same day (vs two days with my Prime membership). The staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Parking was easy.

Positive experience. I ordered the battery online and got a 10% discount. I inadvertently scheduled installation at the wrong store, but they were kind enough to get everything changed and promptly changed the battery right then and there. Very helpful, polite service staff. Price very competitive. Large inventory. I would recommend.

Had a terrible day and Micheal G. helped turn the tide. I thought I needed a new battery which would have been over a 100 bucks. Micheal too the time to check EVERYTHING. Thanks to his customer service he was able to determine my phone charger was pulling a draw ALL the time and my battery was actually fine. He was so patient and kind. He did not sell me something I didn't need. Instead he seems me on my way with a smile. When I do need a battery or any one I know needs a battery of to batteries plus I go. And the battery at AutoZone I priced before going to batteries plus was MORE expensive and only had a 2 year warranty where as batteries plus was 3 years!

My husband and I were in the store on Saturday (11/4/17), and Andrew took care of us. I must say, he did a fantastic job! We brought in 2 car key fobs that weren't working. Rather than just trying to sell us new ones, Andrew spent a lot of time to diagnose the actual problem (i.e., opened the fobs and cleaned them, tested the batteries, etc.). We would definitely visit this store again, and would recommend it to others.

I was having trouble with a heart rate sensor reading unreliably. I talked with Michael G. about it and we tested a couple suspect button cells. Both were found to be bad when tested. He had a tester that actually simulates a load on the cell and under that condition the battery failed badly. With Lithium cells, there is a fine line between good and bad and you cannot use a volt meter to get a reliable reading unless it's really bad. I bought two new cells and was on my way. Thanks.
