If I could give a zero as a review I would. I am a long-standing Verizon Wireless customer. I stopped in to this location, to pick up a new SIM card. When I told them that I needed the card, they told me it would be $20. When I got a card from another location the card was free 6 months ago. I'm glad I did my research and knew that I should get a free SIM card.
I would not recommend this store. Don't waste your time here, go elsewhere!

I went to this store yesterday, for the first time, hoping to get out of driving to my usual AT & T store or Target (crazy Christmas traffic) trying to buy a last minute Christmas present (looking for an extra Apple charger... where does my son leave his chargers; they disappear like socks). A man named Cameron assisted me. He was very helpful, informative,  and spent a lot of time with me answering my Apple IPhone questions.  I purchased 2 rapid chargers that fit my phone and love how quickly they charge our phones. He also talked me through how to access my photos from iCloud since I'm not very tech savvy. 
I'll definitely head back there next time I need assistance or have questions about a new phone.
