I had a problem, they fixed it!! It's as simple as that!  I am very happy with the level of service at this store. Jim was VERY helpful and Jesse did a great job.. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them too.

Buyer BEWARE. Bought a $90 m/c battery w/ 1 year warranty in May 2017. I had it in the bike 4 months. It never would hold a charge. I took it in and the counter rep said it had a loose negative terminal..... not covered by the 1 year warranty. No exchange or refund. How come that was never mentioned when I bought it & they were 'touting' the warranty and dependability? No more business from me...

We stopped in to ask about strange iphone battery behavior. At that stop my car battery died. We replaced both and now we are happy. I think it was Eric who helped us. He was very pleasant and patient with our craziness.
