I went in here to inquire about an offer and thought that the agent was really rude and not willing to help me or even interested in doing so. I had a move offer for $300 card, just asking questions and he says no, this is not legitimate and only a $100 offer (which has passed he says) is what he knows about. I just got off the phone with ATT&T and they offered the opposite information and explained the terms to me. This was a cocky young kid who thinks he can railroad customers so he can get his kickback and I'm not impressed. If I want any help I'll call ATT&T directly or deal with the website. The woman who greeted me and put me in the queue was nice and I actually felt like a person, but my overall impressions overall from other staff, was stiff and just too bureaucratic - can you SMILE? I've felt this not just from ATT&T but other wireless brands as well. Mostly young men who look like they're extras from the Matrix. I don't appreciate it, and don't think you're more professional because you act that way. Consumers are treated so much like a dollar sign lately I feel, and I'm just a person here...

Sales rep promised 45mbps, after installed they only provided 3mbps. Buyer beware.
