It's a nice, clean store, and generally has anything you'd need for it's products. The layout is great, too. There is enough space in and between the aisles to walk and look at the products comfortably, without being too crowded. The staff is great and friendly if you ask them for help, but for the most part, they won't seek you out and offer help, so you do have to go find someone. Checkout times could be better as well. It took me almost 20 minutes in line to buy one product because there were two people in front of me and one was using a coupon and asking questions. That would be fine usually, but the cashier didn't make any attempt to get help or have someone open a second register for the rest of the customers in line to get us taken care of. There were 5 of us in line for about 15-20 minutes before a manager came to check us out in another line, and then it finally started to move. They still have everything you need though, and it is a nice store to shop in.

Great customer support. Went to find out about what options I had to add another line to my Verizon plan. Dena was extremely knowledgeable. I not only added a line but my son also upgraded his phone to the new Samsung S9, which he loves. He finally bested his old man, I have a Note 8. I still think my phone is superior, he just has the newer model. In any case if you have any cell phone questions, especially with Verizon, go see Dena. Tell her Daniel sent you.

One of my favorite stores in the US. It have many options of electronics and very nice prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful but to get helped by someone need to wait a lot was waiting forever just to ask someone about an item. Go there enjoy shopping but help your self and leave lol

This Best Buy is pretty much just like every other Best Buy out there. That's not a bad thing, though. Just saying if you've been to one Best Buy, you've been to them all. Well, that's not always true. I have been to some really bad ones, and thankfully this one is good. The employees are helpful and it is kept clean, so there's that.

Typical Best Buy. Handled being a across from the Speedway very well. Parking was controlled to leave spaces for patrons. The staff were extremely helpful.
