Riccardo and Jose were awesome.  We were there for different types of batteries and a glass replacement for my daughter's iphone.  Both gentlemen were personable, professional, helpful and courteous.  I will gladly return to that store location!

The Hanover, NJ store is always a pleasure to visit. Exceptionally friendly and helpful.  And they even remembered that I needed hearing aid batteries. Great store.

Friendly staff and good products, but their website could use some work.  Showed there was limited quantity when they were actually out of stock.  Due to time restraint I went with another model.

I purchased a car battery with installation online.  When I went to the store to pick it up during an hour when the installing technician was there he made every possible excuse not to put in the battery.  Excuses included pointing out that the installation terminology was for "most cars", and I doubt my Saturn sedan was excluded in any way.  He also didn't want to get shocked due to a light snow flurry and no garage there to install the battery in.

Ordered 4 golf cart batteries online for pickup at this store, Everyone there was very friendly and professional.  Batteries were pretty heavy and they helped me load into my car and take the old ones into the store for recycling.  Highly recommend the store.
