Went to see Brian (again)...My husband and I just upgraded both our phones and he is Mr. Verizon to us in so many ways! He is highly technical, knows the products and is an exceptional all around great guy. His product input and suggestions are not pushy in any way but, you cannot resist his ability to "sell" because he has this uncanny trusting charm. No doubt....GO SEE BRIAN for all your Verizon needs at the Morris Plains store. The photo attached should read "Another repeat happy customer of Brian's"

My sister and I came in one night this week around 7ish to get an upgrade for my phone. Mario greeted us. We felt very welcomed. Mario suggested a few phones and explained the features that each one came with and helped us improve our phone plan. Mario went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be coming back to him when we're due for our next upgrades! Thanks again Mario !

Pete is AWESOME!! He literally came out to the parking lot to get me because initially the salesperson did not think he could help me, so I left the store. He came and got me and helped me with setting up my new phone from beginning to end! He was polite, friendly, beyond professional and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! I truly can't say enough about his professionalism and eagerness to satisfy the customer! I wish there were 100 stars I could give!

Horrible customer service. Couldn't be bothered helping me. Told me I had to go to original store where I purchased phone to get a new screen protector. Went to store near my home, not the original store where I purchased my phone and they were more than happy to help me. Don't waste your time going to this store.

I was pleased to see how clean and orderly the store was and how quickly I was helped. I switched service, got a new phone, a great deal all in about 20 minutes. Really happy with the help, attentiveness and service.
