In store they're pretty great. Where they fall short is over the phone. I've tried to call multiple times, and each time I wait half an hour or more only to hear someone pick up the phone, sigh, and hang up. It's been different days as well. First two times, thought it could be a mistake. Now I'm pretty sure it's not.

Being able to reach a store is important to me, and they fall very short. Otherwise would be 4 stars.

There is a big parking lot. Just park and walk in. At evening times there is always a police car 🚔 parked in front of the entrance door. 

Friendly staffs. They greet you as you enter and as you leave. Very helpful if you need any assistance.

Good collections of overall items. Drones, sound bars, camera and accessories.

Clean restroom. 

Checkout and returns lines are not much crowded. 

For holiday season store is now open till 11 PM and opens at 8 AM.

Wish I could give a zero
For more than 2 months my hallways have been covered in dirty brown paper, my Best Buy order for a washing machine and a dryer have been messed up 9 times and they have had to come to my house 9 times. I cannot refund because they shipped the machines 3 weeks before installing it and I did not know it would turn out this bad. I don't know how some people are so stupid that an order for a washing machine and dryer can spend 7 cumulative hours of my time and waste the time I could have spent at work.
