My purse was accidentally stepped on and my cell phone screen got cracked.  I found Batteries Plus Bulbs on line.  They got me in very quickly. Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed my phone in one hour. Looks good as new !  I would recommend them in a minute. Great service!!

The staff are always very personable at this store.  They take the time to greet each person.  Alex was very helpful and asked what brought me into the store and confirmed exactly the type of battery I needed.  He was also really patient during the check out process.  It took me three times to remember the phone number I had used for my Batteries Plus account.  Very good customer service!

A few months ago I purchased two deep cycle batteries from Mr. Garvey at Batteries Plus. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best setup for our camper van. Thanks for the awesome service. Keep it up!

Every time I go to this store I am impressed. Everyone I have talked to is knowledgeable about their products, or will ask for help if I have asked a question they cannot answer. They all seem enthusiastic about their work and make customers feel valued. Oh, by the way, they also have a wonderful inventory of batteries and bulbs.

I’ve gone to this store twice. First time to both buy watch batteries and recycle a collection of dead batteries. With the watch batteries, by spending a little extra on each, I now have a lifetime warrenty on both. There is a small fee for recycling alkaline batteries but it’s a small price to dispose of these things properly.... second visit, more recycling... well worth the cost. I worry that just tossing them into the trash could be dangerous.
