Seth was very informative and helpful with all the merchandise I was looking at and Danny and Tim did a fantastic job of getting everything into place. Overall very good experience with Scioto Valley.  Recently purchased a billiards table from them and it was delivered without problem a couple days later.  The 2 guys that came to set up our table Dan & Dan were both very professional and worked very efficiently to get our table installed.  Very impressed by them and the quality of work they did installing the table itself

We have shopped at Scioto Valley a few times and ultimately made a purchase this time. I have had a great experience with the associates on each visit, and for this purchase it was outstanding. I spoke with a couple folks, and Harold eventually talked to me about my purchase, shared a lot of information, personal testimony and was able to answer all of my questions. No doubt we will return and likely make SV our first and only stop when shopping for the products which they sell. Highly recommend!

From the beginning we had a great experience.  We worked with Gregg in the sales department and he took his time to show us different models, and explain the differences in each.  We actually went in to just look and get an idea, and we walked out with a purchase. - Today we received the delivery from Bo and his team.  While we didn't have the smoothest pathway for delivery, the men pulled it together and handled the challenge.  Bo took his time to explain the different features, helped us to determine the best placement, and he and his team were wonderful to work with.  We highly recommend Scioto Valley.
