They went above and beyond in their effort to help me! I got my iPhone's screen replaced, and returned the next day with some complications. They spent about three hours with me, helping me and teaching me what to do and did not charge anything extra. Ky in particular was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous.

Been there a few times never get good help last time had to just guess guy dident even seem like he was on the same planet thin i suggested he get help from one of the other three employees that where in the back talking to each other still dident help sent him back up and thin once one had to come out becouse the man up front couldent work the regester the womon thin just said yeah that charger should be fine it dosnt work and i believe it just broke. I wouldent bother its as if thay only get a customer once a month at best and have lost all interest cin there jobs idk how thay stay open with that mentality

Sent my 80 year old Mom in to get her IPhone fixed. These guys were awesome! We thought it was the charging port but it ended up being the battery. They really took care of her. Outstanding customer service!
