The battery died on my Iphone, I tried to call the Apple store and after waiting for 30 min. , no one answered.  Then I called another Batteries Plus store at another location and he told me no one has the Iphone 6s plus batteries, that they are on back order.  Then I call the Waukesha store and the manager said he had one left for my phone.  I asked him to please hold it for me and I would get there as soon as possible.
It took him about 20min. and my phone was working again.  I was so greatful as I no longer have a land line and my cell phone is a part of me. Thank you for such great, friendly service.  I will surely recommend 
your store to others.
