I really wanted to like this place since they’re so friendly but I bought an electric range and it only lasted a year. With the amount I paid after shipping, if I would have paid $50 more I would have had a brand new range. That makes me upset, I should’ve went the new route originally. Then I wouldn’t have been out of $350. She offered to have someone come look at it but it’s been two weeks and I just gave up and ordered a new one. They do have good customer service though. It’s just better to spend a little more for better quality.

Had a gas stove that was taking longer than usual to heat up.  Contacted Door to Door; received an estimate immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next morning.  After a call to see if the technician could arrive early, Jonathan got right to work and had the problem fixed quickly and with a smile.  Will recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

This is one of the best businesses I've ever dealt with!!! From start to finish, Johnathan and Lindsay took proper care of me! Very professional, helpful, and friendly! The rates are very reasonable as well!  I absolutely LOVE my new refridgerator and plan on purchasing a matching stove very soon!! I would absolutely recommend this business for all of your appliance needs :)

This company is absolutely fantastic. I bought a very nice side-by-side fridge from them with an in-door ice and water dispenser. The dispenser wasn't working quite right, so they sent out a technician at no charge (during the 90-day guarantee period). He checked it out, had to order a part, came back with it, and it now works fine. I am very impressed by the quality of the people I have dealt with there, both in the office and in the field.
