Interestingly enough, I went into this Sprint store 3 months ago to replace my cracked phone. I thought it was odd that, while getting my new phone "up and running", Roderick seemed to be typing something in my phone.  I checked when I got it back and didn't notice anything strange.....until now.  I checked all of my "Google reviews" and it seems Roderick took it upon himself to leave a 5 star review under my name.  I never would've done so since I was lied to about how I had "3 weeks after my due date to pay my bill".  🙄  I wonder if any of the 5 star reviews are even real...🤔

Had a great experience this morning upgrading my phone! Of course I had a million questions and Aaron Menzer was incredibly helpful. It was also the quickest visit I've had at a sprint store.

Stopped by the store last week and was helped by Victor Garcia, & I can honestly say he is the best Sprint representative there. He went above & beyond to help out set a new plan with new phones for my family and I. He answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know to switch phone carriers. I highly recommend him if you’re looking to switch phone carriers or just to solve any issues you might have with your phone. Great customer service skills, very knowledgeable of his job, patient, and extremely nice!🙂

Aiden the assistant manager is one of the most helpful employees of this store. He got everything figured out for me quickly and was very knowledgeable. Five stars solely because of him and the services he provided.
