Kept promising my phone would be in and they never called . This kept going on so after 20 years I will go someplace else.

Took a long time to get my new phone. The staff was nice, but I had to come back bc they never called like they were supposed to.  Then they couldn't activate the new one. I was there an hour just to get it working.  I walked out & transferred everything myself.

I have stopped in a number of times at this store and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. In all honesty, I was ready to dump US Cellular for another provider and my experience with MoreMobile changed my mind. There are a few things that they can't do that the corporate store can but typically these involve special circumstances. They have plenty of selection and these guys set a pretty high bar on customer care, so I'm happy to recommend them.

I was having trouble with getting service with my Samsung Galaxy S3 so I stopped in to see if there was anything that I could do about it. I worked with Vince, and he looked my phone up and found that I was eligible for a free replacement with a Galaxy S4 due to antenna issues with the S3 that I had. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes, with a new phone being shipped to me free of charge. Vince handled my concerns very appropriately, and was very helpful! I will definitely go back to this store if I have future concerns. Nice work, fellas!
