Since I work full time and don't live close to the store, I only got there at 7:50pm and they close at 8. I bought a new battery for my car. I was fully expecting to have to install it myself since they were closing, but the guy was so nice and offered to install it for me quickly. He clearly didn't have to do that and he went out of his way. That is truly excellent service. Can't recommend this place more!

Needed a battery for '93 Chevy S10.  Helpful phone support, good pricing with 10% off for a web order.  Free installation done well by friendly staff.  A good deal.

Ordered online and they still gave personal attention by calling to let me know they had an alternative to the batteries I ordered. The alternates cost more but they matched price, and even took the old dead ones (large lead acid batteries). Amazon can't beat this service.
