Totally incompetent. No knowledge of national promotions that are being widely advertised. Refused to even reach out to central management to clarify. Complete waste of time here, go to any other location for better service, I can't imagine them being worse.

Great customer service. Anna was awesome even though she had to wait 30 minutes for me to get off the phone. The gentleman that repaired my phone was great as well....I can't remember his name. Glasses and nose piercing.

Worst mobile service retailer experience ever. The employees at this store act as they just DO NOT CARE. You are paid to do the job, do it well then! If you don't like it, just change to another job.

Went in to get my phone check because it wasn't working and they right away they told me it was damage beyond repair and needed to pay $$250 to replace my phone so I went to apple and they fixed it in 1 hour just had a loose wire inside I would never go to this store again and the techs there are just lazy and don't want to check your phones don't go here you will get turned away
