The service was good, but I have had issues with the phone screens not lasting long and not being worth the purchase because they break down often. When they replace your screen they give you a life time warranty (this doesn’t include cracks or operator error problems).

Helped out above and beyond what they needed to do. Had to have a part shipped across the country and employees were extremely helpful and patient. Matt is probably the best employee in the world of customer service. Would highly recommend for cell phone repair.

Battery Joe saved the day! Came home from out of town to a completely dead car. Jumped it and drove straight to Joe's and they had me fixed up in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would come back again.

MATT!!!  Saved all the important information and pics I needed from my old phone. HE IS MY HERO. I went in to buy a new screen for my old LG android, just to retrieve my contacts and photos (as I had already purchased a new phone  - Galaxy J3). When the screen came in, it didn't fit. He found a way to rig it so that I could at least access stuff, then figured out ways to send/save all the information I needed. He saved me more than $100 just by putting my pics on an SD card instead of charging me for the new screen (as it didn't fit right). It was a GOOD DAY - Matt spent a lot of time trying to figure out solutions to my problem. I would trust these guys with ANY device or challenge you have.
