An okay selection of electronics at a mostly reasonable price. Employees don't bug you constantly like at other electronic stores and the place is never crowded.

Worst Service I have ever received. I had headphones under insurance plan. I gave it to this store so that they can send it to the Insurance company so that the insurance company can send me a gift card via email. I have been checking my email daily for a 3 weeks. I got fade up and called radio shack support and they told me that THE PACKAGE NEVER LEFT the store. 
     Then I called the store and THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIND MY PACKAGE AND THE MANAGER WOULD KNOW ABOUT IT WHO IS NOT IN ON SUNDAYS. 

THIS IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD NEVER BE. BEST BUY FROM NEXT TIME!!.

Worst customer service I have ever received! When I asked the employee for help he just stared at me with a blank stare and spoke with a monotone voice. He did not help me what so ever and was very rude about it. I later went to an actual Verizon store and instantly got great service.

I've gone to this store about 5 times over the past couple years. At least 3 times, it has not been open during normal business hours because the employees weren't there on-time.
