We needed a place to eat with my two very young boys while exploring Leavenworth. This location had a board our front that stated children welcome. Sounded good to me! I was able to have my German fare and they kids had some wonderful crispy fries with their mini-corndogs. The waitress was sweet EVEN after my husband tried to correct her on our bill, thinking it had been added incorrectly (which it hadn't been). Good luck with future customers!

My husband and I decided to stop into this little place for dinner while visiting Leavenworth. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting. We were seated in a little corner next to a window, that had a great view of the Christmas tree lit trees outside. Can't believe they already have Christmas tree lights in many parts of town already! My husband and I split a burger that was delicious. The plate had a huge quantity of french fries, which were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and plenty for 2 people. The service was nice and prompt. There weren't many people there at that time, so it may not always be that quick. But we felt well taken care of and were very pleased with the service, food, atmosphere, and ambiance of the restaurant. It was a Wednesday night at around 8 pm when we visited, so probably that is an ideal time. We would absolutely recommend this place.

The food was decent but the prices were a bit high for a place that felt cheap. In a town that is supposed to replicate a German village, you would think the "Bavarian" restaurants would be a bit more authentic in music selection and menu options. Overall though it wasn't a bad experience.

By the time we got to Leavenworth and found parking we were STARVING! We decided to grab a small lunch here before exploring Leavenworth. We were seated right away a d our food came out super crazy fast. We ordered the Chicken Schnitzel with creamy mustard sauce red cabbage and spaetzle. It was so freaking good! Oh my goodness. That creamy mustard sauce was delicious. The spaetzle was OK and I wasn't a huge fan of the cabbage but that schnitzel was amazing. Super thin, very crispy and just covered in that crazy good mustard sauce. Yum!

Love this place! Came on a Thursday night. Live music (Not Bavarian!) and great bratwurst. Attentive wait staff and relaxed atmosphere.
