After trying several places in Miami, I consider this place as the best to service my car. Amazing service and they’re very professional. They keep you informed and up to date on what’s going on. This is the place to go for a professional top notch work with affordable prices. I highly recommend them.

Better service and attention than any BMW dealership out there. They are knowledgeable and keep you well informed with updates and status of your vehicle. Always easy to speak with someone unlike at the dealer where you always get the service advisors voicemail and pray they call you back. I will definitely for anything my BMW may need in the future. Thank you Jay for your help and honesty.

I came here because of the reviews online and quality follows suit as to what is said. 
I had a car with maaany problems and they took it on without hesitation. They pay attention to your car as if it were their own and keep you informed. Very reasonable pricing as well.
If you’re deciding where to go, stop looking and come here. 
Highly recommended and very satisfied. 
Jay was great!

I took my BMW here for an inspection a day before my warranty expired and they helped me even as a walk-in.  They showed me everything that was wrong with the car so I could get it fixed by the dealer under a warranty!  True professionals who have the customer's best interest in mind, and anyone who lives in Miami knows how rare that can be here.  I am definitely taking my BMW here for service/repairs now that my warranty has expired.  Why take it anywhere else?  These guys are the sage masters of BMWs...

As a new BMW owner, I was nervous about finding a shop to service my vehicle which was no longer under warranty. The shop was professional and quick to accommodate me as a new customer. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I felt at ease. Repairs were done in a timely fashion. The final cost was competitive, and actually slightly less than their competitors. I appreciated their service, and honesty. I will most definitely be going back and I have already recommended them to friends. Big fan!
