Made an error in repairing my car by throwing away a crucial part and failed to take any responsibility.  Previously had good experiences but would never ever go back.

Had very bad experiences with them. Never again will I go there. I had one problem and then they fix it for a minute then a new problem occurred. They take money from people basically so you can go back to them to fix the problems they made

My family and I have been going to South Park for over 30 years. You will not find any mechanics out there that is as honest as Tommy and Robin are. Such a relief to know that my mechanic it's not working to rip me off. If they tell you something needs to be replaced is because it has to. If not they will tell you you have a time frame before it needs to get replaced. There is no other place that I know of that does that. Very upfront and honest.

We have used South Park Auto for several years for all kinds of repairs on several family cars. I recommend them to everyone. We would not go anywhere else. The prices are fair and they have never steered us wrong on repairs. They will tell you what absolutely has to be done now and what can wait. Their prices are very reasonable. Service is knowledgeable and excellent.
