We had a very good experience at Baxter in Lincoln. Everyone communicated with us very well. Shout out to our salesman Mario!  We have had the vehicle for a week and he has called and checked multiple times to make sure everything has been running good. Would recommend to a friend!

I just bought a new Ram 1500 Ryan was my sales man and he did a fine job but to be honest i actually worked more with Malcolm to get my #s where i needed them to be he is a super great people person and did whatever he could to make me feel like a valued customer five starts for him and who ever hired him he does a great job in his position and surly is a keeper!  I trade in every 3 years hopefully he we still be there when im ready to make that trade again because he will be the first one i come back and try to make a deal with again.

The communication from finance person to business office couldn't be worse.   We were owed a $1285 refund on our 70k plus truck we bought from Baxter.    The finance person NEVER told the office we were owed a refund check.   This includes after I called the exact finance person I dealt with to remind him after day 5 the refund check never arrived.   I called today on day 12 since the purchase and was told business office was never told to issue a refund check ever.   The finance office needs to do their job.   Maybe a little less time pushing  unwanted warranties and bet4443ter communication is needed.   They really know how to piss off a otherwise satisfied customer.   Brian Schroeder

We had a great experience, had looked at a couple vehicles at other places, but didn't find what we liked. We found one we liked online at Baxter and Mark Perez was very helpful and answered all our questions. We ended up purchasing the vehicle after some negotiation, which we found wasn't possible at other dealerships we had visited. Mark made our purchase a good experience. He called a day or two later to see how we liked our new vehicle. All in all, we are glad we purchased it there.
