I had stopped at a couple places before going to Sid Dillon, I was only wasting my time. From the meet and greet to the final signature, everybody was as cool as a polar bears toenail. Special shout out to my man, All Pro Paul Wilson for stellar service, and another one to financing king, Astounding Austin. These guys know what they're doing. My only regret was not going there sooner.

LJ was the gentleman that helped us and gave exemplary service! I would refer anyone to him as he took the time to understand what we wanted, let us test drive a variety of vehicles, and was very charming! I will definitely be coming here for all my used car needs.

I have been doing business with SId Dillon since  returning to Lincoln 4 years ago and had always been provided dependable and top rate service.  I always knew - up to this point that I could depend on the quote I was given.  It was an easy selection to buy our Rouge from them a few months ago.  

I recently had need to have my 1998 Saab serviced.   I called and told the service manager I spoke to that I had a carburetor issue, a convertible top issue and my AC was not working last fall.  I was quoted the price of $130ish for the diagnostics.  When I arrived the Service Tech said Oh NO the diagnostics will be $130 for each issue as they needed to pay their technicians.

After my post Dave contacted me and expressed his concern that I was dissatisfied.  They have corrected my issue and I can again highly recommend the honor and integrity that I have always expected and received.

Duane made everything so easy. They took the time to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with my experience at Sid Dillon and my new Nissan Rogue! It was worth the drive!

Had to have a radiator installed in July because I hit a deer. When I got my SUV back, it was grinding when I turned the wheel to the right. I thought this was just something I had to deal with from now on since I hit a deer so I didn't say anything to them. The air conditioner wasn't working after the accident either. The next day after getting my car back, I had to go to another service station to get a tire as mine was flat. Sid Dillon put the donut on for me since they couldn't get a tire for my SUV. This service station told me I was low on anti-freeze. I don't know a thing about vehicles so I told this other service station that I just had a radiator installed the day before, but they didn't seem alarmed by this so I let it go. This other service station filled the antifreeze and charged me for it. Fast forward six months to January, I noticed anti freeze leaking on the ground and when I checked the antifreeze, I had almost none so I took it to the closest service station as I live an hour's drive from Sid's. The service station told me I had a crack in my radiator and needed a new one. I had asked them beforehand to look at my air conditioning as well while they were under the hood. They noticed a line was cut for my air conditioner and said it was done by Sid's people when they installed the radiator. I called Sid Dillon and they drove a new radiator over to the other service station the next day as it was under warranty. Sid Dillon covered the cost of the radiator and the air conditioner issue and I didn't have to pay a penny for any of it. With the new radiator installed by the second service station, the vehicle no longer grinds when I turn the wheel and my air conditioning works again.  I am upset that the work on my vehicle was so sloppily done at Sid Dillon's first time. If they test drove it, how did they not notice the grinding and the air conditioner not working?  It was a hot July day, no way they would have test driven without turning the a.c. on.  I won't be back to have my vehicle serviced there again. They've lost my trust. However, I am grateful that they were so prompt with making it right by getting the new radiator to the other station so quickly and paying the full fees to have my vehicle the way it should have been the first time. I'm very luck this didn't turn into a worse situation  with a bad radiator. (4 stars subtracted - one for the cracked radiator, one for the cut air conditioning line, one for not reporting/noticing the car grinding when it was test driven. And one for me having to miss another two days of work due to not having transportation because it wasn't done correctly the first time (I am way out in the country an hour from work).  I gave Sid Dillon one star for making it right with covering the costs, I am grateful that they stand behind their work. It's just a shame that it was done so poorly to begin with.
