The Bay is an area of the Voyager Resort where manufactured "double-wide" homes are installed on land that is owned by the Voyager and rented (on a yearly basis) by the home owners. The homes range in price from $120,000 to $160,000. The rental includes the use of all amenities of the Voyager Resort. The gated entrance provides security for all the residents.

The Bay is a section of the Voyager Resort in Tucson. The manufactured homes are double-wide with a car    port. The land is leased to you and the home is owned by you. There are covenants and restrictions to protect the integrity of the Voyager Resort and the home owners.

Websitel appears to have RV sites for travelers, but we called reservation number from the road and never got a call back. We drove to the resort and there is only a locked gate and keypad for residents. Screen too faded to read, and so we left without staying. Found another park for the night. Don't know why they advertise sites for travelers if they don't have a set up for them. Travelers beware.

It's like a private committee, everything you need. At reasonably prices. Clean, friendly, safe.
