We have been staying here a month now and we are so impressed with the staff, the facilities and the other guests/residents. It is spotlessly clean, beautiful grounds and the staff perform their work with a smile on their face. The residents are extremely welcoming. We are big hikers and have found a couple great hikes right out of the park. I also am a swimmer and the pool, which is gorgeous is not particularly lap swimming friendly but I’ve figured out a way to get my half mile swim done easily enough. We do not normally stay in RV parks and have never spent an entire winter in one but I’m really happy this is where we have chosen to spend our winter. We also have two dogs and although there are areas they are not allowed, it is easy to work around.

This looked like a very nice place. However, we made reservations months in advance but when we arrived they asisgned us to a spot that was too small and they had nothing else. This spot was not must tight...there was no place for our vehicle . The spot was apparently designed for a motor home, with no tow vehicle. A gold cart would not have fit in the spot after the unit was placed in there. Also, even if we had no vehicle to park, we would not have been able to open our slides - because there were structures - utility posts in the way.

Very clean with all the amenities you would expect plus the staff was very helpful. We found that the full time people were very friendly and also helpful. We plan to return in the future and highly recommend this RV Resort.

This is our ninth year at Rincon Country East - we love spending winters here. A great community, filled with friendly people, and loads of activities to enjoy. Well situated in Tucson, close to all kinds of places to explore, yet quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay. Clean washrooms and showers as well as the laundry room. Friendly atmosphere in the RV park and great Pickleball too. Would highly recommend.
