Sarah is the best. The fit, feel and look is flawless. You have saved my self-esteem. The  medical hair peice that I got from Premier Hair Enhancements looks and feels just like my natural hair. It has been a great investment in my looks and health.

I have a disease and have lost all my hair and it won't grow back.  I have been coming to see Sara for 7 years.  She has been very sensitive about my situation and a great help.  I highly recommend her.  This is a place for people who have medical issues.  I have used other places and Sarah's pricing and professionalism surpasses all.

Although Sara acted as if she was trying to be helpful, she didn't really do anything unless I asked. Even when I first walked into the store and said this is my first time in a wig store and looking for extensions, she basically pointed to a few things. I asked if I can try it on and then at that time, she did so but was reluctant to help. I asked how they work, and she just had short answers.

I was real happy with the synthetic clip-ons and how they look, so I purchased it. She didn't give me the box or instructions to go with it. When she told me that I'm not allowed to wash it or use a curling iron (of course, I had to ask), what she told me is not true. I went to the website and they indicated the maximum temperature (where Sara said NOT to) and how to clean the synthetic hair (again, she said NEVER to).

Also, she charges MORE THAN twice the rate of the same product found on websites.

Even when I told Sarah that I would be back in a month to purchase a second product (to match my sun lightened hair), she still didn't do anything extra to help. I thought for sure if she knew I would come back, she might be a little bit more receptive in helping me. She did not.

HAPPY with the "Think Pink" synthetic clip ons. NOT so much with Sara or her store.

Many thanks to Sarah for helping my mother-in-law find the perfect wig.  The quality is amazing, the price was very reasonable and Sarah made us very comfortable in the process.  I highly recommend this lovely shop.
