I love this little park. Its in a beautiful location, very quiet, and reasonably priced, except the $3.00 charge for our guesourto use amenities. Even just the bathrooms. That aside, its a great place.

This RV park is nice in most respects. And they invite overnighters on the sign out front. However, the spaces are tiny. The spaces are marked with cords along the ground and you must stay within those bounds. As such, you must put your trailer close to one edge so you can park alongside in a space that is not much more than 20' wide. The spaces are not deep so parking along the road in front is not an option. With our slide-outs and 2500 series truck, we had less than 30" between the truck and fifth wheel. Getting in and out of the trailer was difficult. If the neighbor had not been a motor home, his truck would have been a foot from ours making entry to the truck difficult or impossible. The small picnic table seats only four and is squeezed between your truck and a bush. Our son and his kids came for two nights. There is no parking in the RV Park for a second vehicle so he had to park on the road out front. A dozen other "second" cars were out there. Easy pickings for a thief passing by on the adjacent highway. We were far enough from the highway that noise was not an issue for us, but there is a row of spaces close to the highway that would be worth avoiding. The water was good. I did not need a filter. However, the water pressure is astronomical and blew off a hose fitting. A pressure reducer at the spigot was essential. The place is pricey given the tight quarters. But, even in March the nearby State Park campground was fully booked making a great supply and demand lesson (benefiting the RV Park owner). When we checked in the clerk apologized in advance for the small spaces mumbling something about "the high cost of land" and then admonished us to remain within our boundary. A fellow up the street came in after dark with a 36' fifth wheel. It took him 45 minutes to get it situated and he was very good at backing up! He did a maneuver with his truck to straighten it for dismount that I had never seen before. His problem was two trees along the side boundary and two in back. There are no pull-through spaces. The pool was heated even in late March, though was not what one would call "warm." We'll avoid this RV Park in the future. Plan ahead if you are going to this area. We did, but a State Park campground we were scheduled for in Pismo Beach was closed for storm clean-up and so we were stuck looking elsewhere on our arrival day.

We stayed there over the Memoral Holiday 2013, Nice Place! The site was not too level, needed blocking. The view of the wetland area was pleasant. Super clean and well kept. Will definately be back!
