I would have given this place 4 stars. Small,  quiet, walk to the beach. But we were in a 70 foot site with a 34 foot rv. We pulled our rv up but not in the street and prepared to put out small car behind us. Well the nasty manager who needs to take a course on smiling with customers came over and nastily said what are you doing. I said trying to lane. She said we'd have to go on the street because "no one does this: and it's check in day ." This was at 9:45 a.m. in summary I would not go back. I'd make reservations early across the street at morro strand. Btw this area is gorgeous

Decent place just to park your trailer, but very very small "camp site"

The place to RV  while in Morro Bay.  They have bathrooms, laundry room and a small store . All nice and clean. The manager (Maya) is very helpful and nice. You get to pick your site when reserving. Great walking and biking trails close by. And one city block from the beach.
