Wow, amazing campground and the only place to stay if visiting Morrow Bay. Full hooks just recently installed and concrete pads so no sand. The quite nights were priceless and no smoke from fires since campfires only in center of parking lot and not allowed in the full hookup rv spot areas.  $45 a night is a steal. 2 mile walk to morrow rock and downtown morrow bay. Extremely friendly staff and rangers with weapons patrolling the grounds. Felt like a 5 star resort just steps from the ocean.

This campground is in a great location. Highly recommend the beach front sites as the other sites seemed smaller and closer together. A lot of RVs and trailers here. Clean bathrooms but no showers.

Great "Beach" Campground. Camp and walk just steps and you're on the sand. Sounds of waves hitting shore at night. Some call it a parking lot, but that's ok, there are other State Parks close by. If you want to be "at" the beach, then this is the place.

Nice location. No water supply or dump station for your travel trailer which is to bad. At least they could make a water spigot available at one of the full hook-up sites. Only water supply we found was the rinse off station at the city boat launching ramp. City water water plant will allow you to dump at there for free during the week.

It was ok. Sites like a parking lot. Stuck next to 2 guys who were smoking pot & drinking beer all night. They were loud. One went for a beer run at 9am on Saturday morning. And continued to drink. They were loud in the morning too.
