My husband, James Hirtler & his co-worker James Brown stayed there for a few days & thanks to a very sweet young lady named Justice, their stay was great. She made them feel welcome & spent a few minutes talking to them & that just made their day!! I think there needs to be more people like that young lady in customer service!! Just talking to them after they worked all day with all kinds of stress put smiles on their faces & to me, that's awesome!!!! Thank you Justice!!! you rock young lady!!!

Only giving this place one star because it won't let you leave anything less. Upon checking in, my card was declined, although there was more than enough on there and it worked everywhere else. Had to pay in cash, with a $100 deposit. Refridgerator didn't work. The hallway reeked of marijuana. When I complained, the front desk clerk went to the room, entered, and did not reappear for at least 15 minutes. These were friends of hers. The next morning I noticed a large blood stain on the white comforter. They were able to find one to replace it. That night the same front desk clerk had her friends in the pool and they left at least 50 plastic cups on the floor in the pool area, as well as in the drains of the pool. I will never stay here again, and had I read the reviews before, I never would have in the first place. We were here as a group, and someone else chose this place. Very shady place. I am completely disgusted by this hotel.

Absolutely terrible. Sausage dried up, hot tub was lukewarm at best. Front desk clerk at check in refused to honor booking. Com price and charged the rack rate . 249.00 for 2 nights? No way, not worth it. Spend your money at country inn and suites or a high end chain if you are wanting a good stay.

September 2, 2017: Adequate. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were ok. Hotel definitely needs some TLC. TV quit working and maintenance was unable to get it going. Staff helpful and courteous. Front desk could use some "customer relationship" training. *** The air quality across the state was at a "red alert' level and we were traveling with two toddlers who were having respiratory problems. We intended to stay two nights, but decided it would be wise to not stay there for that reason. We had made reservations for two nights, but when we checked in at about 6 pm, we told the desk clerk we would not be staying the second night. We were informed that we were past the cancellation time of 4 pm and could not cancel the reservation for the next night. We did leave the next morning. The corporate office has refused to refund the second night amount. Our credit card company has tried to deal with them without success. They do have a policy of no refunds for any reason, but I believe these circumstances were allowable. May be company policies that are the problem. My issue did not get settled . Be careful if you think you may need to cancel a prepaid reservation

Due to Delta airline canceling their Cody, WY flights, my wife had a 6:30am Saturday Billings flight. We left Cody on Friday during a blizzard and spent the night at the Baymont Inn. The desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and organized. The TV and heater worked: it was -15 degrees outside. The hot tub was very relaxing and the swimming pool was at a very good temperature and not crowded! While my wife did not have their breakfast due to an early departure, I came back and enjoyed the waffles, orange juice, yogurt and most importantly the Dewee Egberts coffee!
