Friendly and courteous staff, prompt check-in, clean room, delicious breakfast. Their pool was a bit small but that didn't stop my kids from having a blast. I was very satisfied and will stay again.

Well furnished room and pleasant staff. Only stayed for a short period of sleep but would not hesitate to stay again. Plus it was nice to get a 10% discount at some local restaurants for staying.

I stayed at this hotel on July 19, 2017 and realized the next day when I arrived home (in another state) that I had forgotten my personal pillow. I immediately called the hotel and they reportedly located the pillow and described appropriate markings on the pillow. Wes and Diane assured me they would take care of the situation. Diane took my credit card information to charge the shipping cost. I followed up on the 21st and have not been able to reach anybody with decisions making authority. No courtesy of a returned phone call or email is provided by this hotel. It is now August 8th and I still have not been able to speak to a manager, assistant manager for anyone with decision making authority. I've called corporate and they have also been experiencing difficulty in reaching management at this location. In my opinion this seems to be a very poor reflection of leadership at this location and at the corporate level....not at all what I expected from a Marriott chain. UPDATE....... Today is August 14, 1017 and I received my personal pillow in the mail!! After repeated failed attempts to reach a manager at the hotel, I continued to call corporate and explain the situation. The last call I made to corporate was on August 11, 2017. A knowledgeable male who answered the call paid close attention to the details I was providing him and routed me to an appropriate corporate supervisor (in the Guest Experiences department). This whole issue got resolved in one phone call the supervisor made to the hotel. WOW!!! What a difference it makes when the right person answers the call!! I wish I knew the supervisor's name to thank him. I'm so grateful to him! I increased the rating to 3 stars because there was actually follow-through with the help of the corporate Marriott.

Good clean well maintained property located in the heart of Billings retail area. Friendly customer service oriented staff. I stay there 3-4 times per year and will stay there again.

The location is perfect balance between the city center and shopping destinations. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff is so friendly and ready to assist with inquiries/requests.
