Parking lot needs resurfaced, no secured entry from the outside of hotel when entering at night, old and rundown feel just walking to our room, (we were not in the tower of main hotel). Got into room, beds and room in general were orderly and clean but it was dated and zero amenities in the room such as a coffee pot. Only a couple towels in the bathroom, went to shower and could not get the shower head to work. Tried to call front office on room phone and the phone was dead. Walked to lobby(about a mile hike from where our room was). No continental breakfast.  We decided it was just not satisfactory enough to stay so we asked for a change of room or refund, the hotel was completely booked so they gave us a refund. However, the staff was kind and accommodated us in providing a refund.

It's too bad the front desk staff couldn't be more like Kolten. He was amazing and so pleasant to deal with. Rating as 1 due to the fact my husband and I called for discrepancies on our bank account from charges. In the middle of calmly explaining our issue the front desk gal hung up on each of us. We tried calling back and the line would just ring. We had asked to speak to a manager prior to her hanging up and we were told that we couldn't speak to a manager. Little does she know I was able to reach the sales and catering gal who was very pleasant and able to get me to the general manager. We have also complained to corporate as I issue still remains unresolved.

It was an excellent place to stay. We had a room that was like an apartment. Both rooms had private bathrooms. It also had a small kitchen, living room, and dining area. It was very comfortable. I would absolutely come back.

Some of the rooms could use some updating, great location, all in all not too bad. I would stay again.

Really let down by this hotel. Staff was nice but they forgot to put hand soap for the bathrooms in a suite. Bed was absolutely the worst. Also the room when we first arrived was pushing 100 degrees. Will never stay in this hotel again.
