Nice room at decent prices. Not the most trendy place to stay in pensecola, but easy on and off i10. Complimentary continental breakfast was very good. Room was clean, but could use some modernization, but for the price it was fine. I'd stay again in a pinch. Pet friendly.

Mold on the pillows and bed with a front desk that had no sense of urgency My parents are former teachers in their 70s. They don't travel much.Their budgets are tight, but when you pay for a hotel you expect the room to be clean if nothing else! They arrived Sunday to fall asleep on a smelly bed. Monday, they hoped someone would've changed it but they hadn't. Tuesday, they didn't change the beds either. So, Tuesday night my mom requested new pillow cases at the front desk. When my mom went to change the sheets pillows she discovered the smell was coming from them! They were full of yellow spots/mold. She then went downstairs and asked for at least one clean pillow. At first, they didn't have any but then found one. They didn't seem phased by the pillows! She also asked for the bed sheets to be changed the following day. Wednesday no bed change. Wednesday night, my mother walked back to front desk to make a complaint and the person at front desk said she would address it in the morning. My mom then demanded 2 whole set bed sheets at least in order to change those beds herself. This was their last night. (No one had changed their beds the entire time) My mother says you can't imagine how gross, disgusting, and smelly the beds were when she changed them. She says they also had yellow spots. At least she had clean sheets finally! Meanwhile, my mother had to empty the trash and clean the bathroom the entire stay! Whenever she wanted new towels she had to ask... even ask for toilet paper. There was never shampoo/soap. A woman by the name of Ms. Henderson said she would address the issue, but when my mom called today they said that woman is no longer there. Then when my mom called again today they put her on hold and said someone would call back.. No call back yet. It was not the quiet getaway near the beach, at an economical price, that my parents deserved. I feel bad for them.

Love the girl up front tonight. She's super sweet and very helpful!! This is a really nice room and very affordable.

Worst hotel experience ever. I booked for a three night stay during our Family vacation. The Pictures are nice and the updates and room were good for the price and everything seemed great The Bathrooms could have been cleaner and everything else was fine until bed time. The sheets were dirty and full of crumbs in between and with red stains that had not yet been washed yet. I immediately called the front desk to request more covers and for someone to come and change the sheets. No one was available to come and change the sheets and there were no extra blankets provided when I walked down the Receptionist handed me one extra sheet and said "I think this is clean". The next morning I went to give the comforter to the front desk and stated I wanted a clean room when we return. The manager ensured me the room would be clean. When we got back around 9:00pm the room had no sheets no comforter and the pillows were without cases thrown around the room. We requested a refund and to speak with the manager about the terrible customer service and the inconvenience to put a family through this as we were Traveling with our three year old. The manager would not come out and you could hear laughing from the managers room Directly behind the counter. The next morning after finding a new hotel the manager was available to speak with us and ensured a Refund. By Far worst Experience and A Horribly Ran Establishment.

I was nervous at first from all the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. We are locals we just sold out home and had to stay in a hotel a couple days until our new house is ready. We booked Saturday to Sunday and extended out stay the rest of the week. For the most part the room was very clean the bathroom needs updating but nothing too bad the toilet was clean the sheet where clean we had beautiful wood floors the room looked every nice the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
