Dreadful experience during Hurricane Irma. King sized room was filthy -- the linens were clean, but everything else was coated with dirt and grime and I killed a roach on the nightstand. Water leaked from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Called front desk twice before they alerted maintenance to come and see it. They were very efficient and repaired a leaking something in the room above us and the leak stopped. I wiped up the wet bathroom floor with paper towels and they were filthy from the long-standing dirt on the floor. Breakfast was fine the next morning and the staff was friendly. We put ice in our cooler from an ice machine that was moldy and disgusting. When the manager asked "how was your stay?" my husband told her and she refunded $20 on our bill We canceled our reservations for the 2 additional nights and moved on. .I could never recommend this hotel. I gave it 1 star because you have to give it at least 1 or you can't post your comment. It was awful.

This hotel has made my husband say we will never stay in another Days Inn. I don't think all of them are like this. Maintenance is not the strong point here. The sheets were clean, as were the towels, but the poor was green and murky with algae clinging to the sides (photo attached). Worse, management allowed the ignorant people and their children to swim in it, instead of closing it altogether. This hotel needs much better management and maintenance.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because the system wont let you give them Zero stars. Lets start with the keys to the rooms do not work because the batteries are dead in the door. So the lady at the front desk has to let you into your room every time you need to get back in. The rooms smell like mold, and the stained carpets made me wear my socks the whole time. The room was never serviced in the three days I was there. The final straw was when the hot water went out. Come to find out that it is also known for being the top drug hotel of Pensacola. I hope I didn't bring any bugs home. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE !!!!!!! Dirti carpet , dirti bed sheets with hair , broken shower tub , disgusting and lazy staff , I didn't stay there , I quit and went to other hotel , believe me !!! Don't bring your family here . I ask for a refund and they told me that the manager was in vacation .
