This place was incredible. Everything was perfect. We came to Pensacola to tour the college and did not have reservations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was welcoming and inviting. The room was immaculate and relaxing. The room was better than some 5 star resorts we have stayed at. The cherry on top was the unbelievably reasonable rate. We were very impressed and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a nice hotel that looks like it is pretty new. It is very clean and it has very good customer service. The employees there seems to be exceptionally nice. They have soft beds and fresh food served there for breakfast. This is a good quality hotel.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are great and it's pretty quiet. The staff are polite and friendly. The hot breakfast every morning is a plus and they provide something different every morning. The hotel is also in walking distance to eateries and a couple of shopping centers. I've enjoyed my stay here.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely loved it. The room was clean and the bed was wonderful. The staff even made our stay seem like we were with family. So thanks to Thomas, Vance, Maya, Lulu and Eugenia and all the housekeeping staff, you guys are awesome and are rock stars. Can't wait to go back.
