We were on our way to Beckley from Oak Hill, we kept feeling like one of  our back tires was going flat every time we would change over to the passing lane. Once we got into Beckley, it began to get worse. We decided to pull at over at Sheetz on Eisenhower Dr after checking all the tires only to realize our back wheels were wobbly and somewhat loose that we were going to have to find a service center and leave our Cadillac to be serviced. My fiance said it must be the control arm bushings going out.  We decided since we weren't too far away we'd go onto Bays Service Center. My Fiance had called them before inquiring about certain issues we have been having with our car and getting prices. Once we got there, a very nice young man come out and checked the back wheels and confirmed what my fiance had suspected was wrong all along. It was the bushings in the control arms. We went ahead and made arrangements to leave our Cadillac there. Clarence was very kind, and gave us a ride to Sam's club so we could go ahead and get our shopping done while we waited for my mom to pick us up. He also spotted that the front bushings were also bad, and the front inner tie rod was in dyer need of replacing as well. He also fixed our back brake caliper, which was just put on in November. It was loose, actually coming off. It needed to be bolted at the top bc the bolt and bushing were missing. If not for him doing such a good thorough job, we could of had a serious accident! Our Cadi now rides likes its supposed to. Smooth, silent and not one noise. The true test was coming back to Pot Hole Hill! (Oak Hill) Not one noise, pop or clunking sound came from the bottom of the car. Which is what I was expecting last year when Davis Tire and muffler put our strut master struts on! If you want a good, honest, thorough, job done right the first time, then I definitely recommend Bays to you! They're highly experienced and very courteous. They kept us up to date the entire time they had our car, until our parts came in. Very well informed. You don't get that kind of service these days anymore. We're both so very grateful to Clarence and his employees at Bays!

Professional and courtesy  and quick  i brought my car back in for a dead miss they found the issue and made the nessary repairs and my ride is back to its normal self again A+++++++ service  at very reasonable rates. Highly reccommend !!!!!!!!! You have tried the rest now try the best !!!!!!!!!
