I personally, have had nothing but exceptional customer service from this place.. They sold me a 2015 Jeep Compass with extraordinary rates... Just to make sure that I was 100% satisfied, they put a brand new set of brakes on it and topped off all of my fluids. Very friendly staff and management.. I'll definitely be bringing my continued business and anyone else who is looking for a better vehicle with me next time!

Very kind and professional staff throughout the entire dealership! A highly recommended dealership among friends and family! They carry a nice selection of both new and used vehicles each with it's own amazing deal only offered here! If you are looking to buy I recommend stopping in and seeing all the great offers this place has to offer!

Thank you Joseph at Howerton Honda service department.  Our Odyssey broke down on Friday around 4pm.  We were heading back to Canada after a Disney vacation.  I called Howerton Honda and Joseph said they would have a look at it.  By the time we got to the dealership it was almost 5pm.  The car was tested and it needed a new alternator.  I was told that Monday was the earliest they could get the part and fix the problem.  Joseph went out of his way and found an alternator late in the day and car was fixed early on Saturday morning.  We really appreciated the service we received and would recommend Howerton Honda

I am very happy with the service that was provided. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would personally recommend John Howerton Honda to anyone. If your not a local they will deliver. I had my new car delivered and it arrived much sooner than expected.

Great service, I didn’t feel like they pushed me to buy a car I didn’t want. They a truthful and aren’t going to sell you a lemon. The staff member I worked with was very kind and helpful, his generosity made the car purchase much more pleasant; I believe his name was Brandon. I would suggest this place to any of my friends and family
