We had the BEST experience ever! My husband has been looking for a Toyota Truck and he found one here and at another dealership. Less than 2 hours later Happy Hager made his dream a reality! The best car buying experience. This is the second car we purchased from this dealership. They are hands down the best. They are always helpful and have a great sales staff and mechanics. We will be back in a few years to buy another car from them. I cannot say enough about them.

No better deals on the most sought after vehicles. L & S will give you the best deal without pressure, gimmicks or silly commercials. Just low pricing on dependable vehicles. #1 trucks in America with parts made in WV. Ask for Corey Hall. He's easy to work with, no pressure and knowledgeable about his product. He works hard to get you the lowest price, highest trade in for you vehicle and best financing. Very down to earth salesman. Remember Corey Hall.

Very easy process, I was in and out in 2 hours. The prices were good and I love the car I bought. The staff are professional and friendly, and the best part was the absence of annoying high pressure sales tactics.

I was looking for a used Toyota Tacoma and found two that interested me.  One was a 2017 model with less than 5000 miles priced at $25,999.00 and was at a local dealership in Saint Albans, WV and the other was a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned model with less than 15000 miles priced at $23497.00 at L&S Toyota in Beckley, WV.  I requested email quotes on both vehicles.  L&S responded promptly and had reduced their asking price by $750.00.  The other dealership did not provide a quote, but continued to email and call me.  I test drove the model at the local dealership and liked it, but I was still undecided.  We asked the salesperson to give us their best deal and he/she said he/she would talk to the business manager.  The salesperson called the next day and said the best they could do was $25200.00.  I drove from Saint Albans to Beckley to test drive the 2015 model.  A co-worker of mine told me to ask for Happy Hager, because he has bought approximately six vehicles from him over the past ten years.  I test drove the vehicle and was convinced this was the better of the two vehicles.  I told Happy we had been pre-approved by our credit union and told him the interest rate we were quoted.  He told me he could probably find a lower rate and he did and he was able to reduce the price of the vehicle an additional amount of money.  The business manager, Jon Atha, was extremely professional and helpful as well during this process.  This was overall most stress-free vehicle purchase I have experienced.  We arrived at the dealership at approximately 12:00pm and were finished at approximately 2:00pm.  I will definitely go to L&S Toyota when it is time to purchase another vehicle and I will definitely ask for Happy Hager.  Thank you again for all of your assistance.
