Been clients here for 10 years. Always been able to drop an animal off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon and the doc would get to him or her when they could. Called this morning because one of our cats need to be seen. The lady who answered just said no appointments today, could come in tomorrow at 11.30 and didn't ask if we were patients there, the cats name, our names, our phone number, NOTHING. This is not the cheapest vet in town so I expect some level of professionalism. But nope, so bye Bayside.

The only reason they get two stars is that the Vet assistants are excellent with my dog. She suffers from allergy induced dermatitis and gets large areas of crusty sores all over her. The only thing that will knock it out is antibiotics, which the doctor won't prescribe without an office visit IF YOU CAN GET ONE. Good luck getting an appointment between noon and 3pm. The doctors are always out. Then, if you do get an appointment, be ready to shell out a couple of hundred each visit for basics. God forbid there's something seriously wrong.

We have seen all three doctors and each one has excellent bed-side manner. The front desk ladies are so kind and hospitable. Tami is a gem! Dr. Givens has been phenomenal the past two visits. He and Kim (PA?) thoroughly explained diagnosis and treatment plan and kindly took my call for an update on my little boy after being admitted. This is our Vet for life.

Is the only place I would take my fur babies. The staff and Doctors are the best!

This is the amazing hands down vet I can ever go to. From having my first puppy until she past away & with the new puppy they have been nothing but helpful, supporting, loving people at this vet.
