So I went in today only to get a family friends dog records. When I went in I thought I was nice to the 3 staff members who were standing there (one of which was the doctor himself). When they couldn't figure out why all of the dogs records weren't pulling up, I stood there for about 5 minutes while they were trying to figure it out (which was nice of them but I had another appointment scheduled for the dog at a different location because of an already bad experience at this location) so I nicely said (as the doctor was looking over the printed out record) well that's ok, if we need the additional records we can call you back but I have another appointment I really need to get to. When I said this he basically threw the printed record at me and said "well just go then" my mouth in shock I said, and THAT is why we do not come here anymore". Wow!! It's crazy when the other two staff members agreed with me that he was very rude and he should not treat people that way (as he was in his office trying to make me a copy of the hand written records). I mean, I don't even have an animal and I wouldn't take anything here. So, happily I proceeded to the other vet where it was a very pleasant experience. Oh also mind you I had to pay $8.00 for records that weren't even all the way there!! He is so rude and unprofessional!!

Wouldn't even give it one star if I had the option to. My dog was mildly ill and I waited a few days to see if his condition worsened. When it did, I went here and I was told I would need to pay him (the vet) $700 dollars for blood work regarding pancreatitis and $300 for antibiotics and treatment without any backing behind this diagnosis. I was pretty much told that I am a bad owner for waiting as long as I did, and that I should take my dog home and say my goodbyes. Oh, I'm sorry that I do not have 1,000 dollars worth of pocket change. SO I took my dog to a much more affordable vet in Galveston and I only had to spend about $200 dollars for a tummy settler and antibiotics. He was fine THAT SAME DAY. he had just eaten something he was not supposed to. So I guess what I'm saying is, if you love your animal don't take them here, and thanks for being absolutely horrible to me when I felt like a member of my family was going to pass away.

Being from out of state and needing a veterinarian for our dog we found this clinic. Never having had a bad experience before with a vet we were totally unsuspecting and caught off guard. Our first clue should've been when the office manager acted like she didn't have enough time for us and we were an inconvenience. We took our dog in with grass allergies which she has had before and was told she had staff..with no blood work or skin testing conducted to confirm the diagnoses. And was sent home with pills and shampoo..no words of caution or advice..and the story continues.. I can't caution you enough against using this man as your vet. When challenged he became abusive and "fired us"....really!!

They work with me. Very helpful. Very polite. Clean place. Not over crowded and when i show up 10 mins early for appointments i have always been let straight in to be seen. Very convenient.

It doesn't deserve one star. This was supposedly someone I trusted with my animal and was told to take him home to say my good byes. All he needed was fluids and a different diet. He did not do anything after taking me for over 500.00. Thank you God for opening my eyes and directing me elsewhere. I have the best vet ever now...and as far as my pet he's the best he's ever been in his life.
