Stayed a couple of months while working in Baytown. Wi-Fi is terribly unreliable. I did not use the laundromat so I can't comment on that. Junior, the manager, is very accomodating to a working schedule.  I came in late at night and had to work long hours that week. He met with me after hours to square everything away.  Cash or cashiers check only. Overall nice place.

Great prices, WI-FI is included in the rent. The owner was very polite and friendly. Safe and secure location.
